Fran has been a licensed State Farm team member for 18 years, and a loyal State Farm customer for more than 32 years.  She joined Aspen's team in May 2019 as a Customer Service Representative, and enjoys providing a remarkable experience to our valued customers.  In her spare time, Fran is very active in her church, is dedicated to serving her community, volunteers at the local food care center and delivers meals to the needy.  She loves to have fun and enjoy life, especially with her family.  Her motto is "Do all you can...for everyone you can." 

My name is DeAndre Coleman I’m from the great city of Chicago, however have called Texas home for the last 4 years.  I have been in the customer service business my entire career and have worked with many major companies. What I took away from all of those successful companies is that customers are always priority!  I take pride in being able to tell customers I strive to deliver exceptional service. My name is Ashleigh, and I was born and raised in the Austin area! My background is in the customer service industry because I genuinely love meeting new people and building relationships with them. While I do have experience in the insurance industry, I am excited to work with the Aspen Schara Kralich Agency and State Farm! My favorite hobbies include playing volleyball, taking trips to the lake, and long hikes on the different trails throughout Texas.

My name is Jake Helton, the new Jake from State Farm! I was born and raised here in the most fun city in the world -- Austin, Texas! I recently graduated from Kansas State University where I gained two years of experience in customer service while working in the athletic department there, and I’m thrilled to be able to build on that experience here as a member of Aspen's team and to be there for members of a community that has been there for me all of my life! If I am not in my khakis at my desk I am either hunting, on Lake Travis, or watching sports.

Marili has a love for canoeing and taking care of peoples insurance needs. She is bilingual, so is able to help anyone speaking Spanish or English. Marili has 4 years expience in Auto Insurance, Home Insurance and Renters Insurance. Most of her free time out of the office she is with her family, friends and furry friend, Sammy!

My name is Matthew Pettit. I recently moved to Austin from Hot Springs, Arkansas with my dog, Cricket. I graduated from Louisiana Tech University. I have over 5 years experience helping customers with their Auto, Home, Life, Health, Renters and Pet Insurance. I enjoy working out, yoga, and traveling. On the weekends I explore Austin and try local coffee shops and restaurants.

Judy has been an account manager since 2012, with 10 years experience in showing customers the benefits of having their auto, home and life insurance with State Farm.  She enjoys bringing customers to a better place by educating them.  When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, four children and seven grandchildren.  Some of her favorite things to do are sewing, playing piano, going on long walks with her husband and supporting him in ministry.

Mike is a recent transplant to the Austin area from West Virginia. With management and corrections office experience under his belt, he is ready to guide you through the auto, home and life insurance world. He enjoys exploring Austin’s hiking trails and having a good laugh at local comedy shows.

Janet is the executive assistant to the office and has over 12 years of State Farm insurance experience. At home she has a 4 year old Aussie Doodle named Leo who loves socks! When she’s not busy chasing him down, she enjoys hiking local trails with her husband and 3 year old son. Her favorite trail being McKinney Falls. She is a Texas State alumni- Go Bobcats. Her hobbies include reading and modern calligraphy.
